New Agent Training
The West USA Director of Training and Career Development and our Brokers are your most valuable resources for starting your new career. You will be “walked through” the basics of the business, coaching you through business planning to help you become successful NOW. We will be with you every step of the way, helping you prepare for your first open house, offer writing, listing presentation, and more. We also offer the following workshops to “Jump Start” your career.
Jump Start
This will be a one-day orientation outlining the daily, weekly and monthly goals and actions you will want to implement. The curriculum includes: the importance of prospecting within your sphere of influence; how to create a success-focused business plan; practice using business forms and business attire and professionalism. Assignments are given to the agent for further follow-up with their instructor.
Continuing Education
Every agent must complete 24 hours every two years from licensure until the following renewal date to maintain his or her license. At West USA Realty, our very knowledgeable and industry leading Brokers and affiliated title company, will also provide you with engaging and interesting continuing education classes of instruction, making this industry’s education requirement an inexpensive and convenient experience.
Next Level Training
At West USA Realty, we offer workshops for experienced agents, as well as newly licensed agents, an opportunity to reach that next level of performance and income. Some courses taught by our Designated Broker are offered for receiving designations, others for general industry knowledge and for advanced planning.
The Nuts and Bolts
This is the in-depth, one on one training you will receive from our Brokers. You will be pleasantly surprised that each and every one of your phone calls to your Brokers are accepted and responded to in the spirit of true support, in-depth assistance, even on an on-going basis as needed.
Career Enhancement Workshops
This is a one-day a week, 10 week sessions offered during the entire year. We offer you a daytime and nighttime workshop. This in-depth and hands on instruction will assist in developing your business plan, marketing plan, extensive training and coaching from our Director of Training and Career Developer, also an approved instructor for the ADRE, as well as a licensed teacher on the college level for all real estate subject matter. Other topics included are Utilizing Your Market Tools, Staging the Home to Sell, Preparing for and conducting an effective open house to optimize lead capture, and last but not limited to; a software and prospecting contact management system for daily, monthly and yearly client retention.
