In addition to all of your Broker support, each of our metropolitan offices has a full time non-competing manager who is there to ensure your success by assisting you as well as putting you in contact with our Director of Training and Career Development, if you have not already done so.  Your “Web based virtual West USA office” has a monthly calendar to view workshops and classes.  At West USA Realty, YOU are our customer, a VERY important person.

New Agent Training
If you are already taking classes, finished with classes or have just started with another company and are having a difficult time knowing what to do next or getting that “first” sale, West USA Realty’s new agent training workshops are where you will learn “the basics” of how to sell and list real estate and how to be successful on a consistent basis.  No “roller coaster” careers and income are here at West USA Realty.

Choosing the Right Office
With 5 large offices in the Valley of the Sun, you can interview with the manager at the office that is closest to our home. If your desire is to license out of one office and use another one or two of our offices that is available to you as well.
